By purchasing artwork from misternew.com, or by registering for Newquii Studios art camps or lessons, you are agreeing to the policies and guidelines below.

Copyright Policies
Murals, Original Artworks, and Commissions
All copyrights to the artworks remain in the ownership of the artist who created them. However, after final payment has been accepted, the client has complete permission from the artist to copy, duplicate, save as a digital file, print, publish in the form of media including web, manipulate, transmit, or reproduce these works of art, and their associated sketches.
Warranties and Guaranties
Original Artwork
All MisterNew.com original artwork, whether commissioned or otherwise, is sold as-is, with no guarantee as to the longevity of the artwork. Our artists strive to use archival quality supplies wherever suitable, but this cannot be achieved in all circumstances. When necessary, our original artwork may be shipped with instructions for care, along with information about the expected lifespan of the artwork under those caretaking guidelines. Please feel free to contact MisterNew.com if you have any questions or need another copy of these policies.
Art Lessons
No guarantee is made that the quality of services rendered will be greater than the quality of services available from any other artist or instructor. Our teachers strongly believes in the use of constructive criticism, so please feel free to contact us if you have any comments or concerns regarding any of our teachers, facilities, lesson plans, or any other service provided.
Photography Policies
Students and Student Artwork
Students in MisterNew.com art classes or private lessons are encouraged to take photographs of their artwork, their teachers, etc, and share them as they see fit. Our artists and instructors retain the right to take photographs of students and their work during art camps and lessons, and may use them for advertising or social media purposes. Students who do not wish to be photographed may opt out by informing the instructor in writing before the start date of any classes or private lessons attended.
Payment Policies
Accepted Payment Types
MisterNew.com accepts online payments through credit/debit card and PayPal. Payments made in person are accepted in most forms (cash, check, card, pay-by-phone, etc).
Payment Terms
For art classes and private lessons, payment is expected by the scheduled start time for the class or lesson. For commissioned artwork and murals, half of the total cost is expected as a non-refundable deposit before work begins and the other half is expected at the time of completion/delivery.
Refund Policies
Art Classes and Private Lessons
Full refunds for art classes, lessons, and parties are available up until the registration deadline. After the registration deadline, and up to the date/time that the lesson begins, a partial refund may be requested up to an amount equaling the original amount paid minus the cost of supplies. After the date/time that the lesson begins, no refunds will be issued.
Full refunds for art camps will also be issued if an art camp, lesson, or party is canceled by MisterNew.com due to illness of the instructor, weather emergencies, low attendance, or any other reason.
Murals, Original Artwork, and Commissions
Full refunds will be issued only if the artwork is damaged during shipping/handling, or otherwise arrives to the purchaser in a damaged condition. Damage may include, but is not limited to: tears, rips, breaks, cracks, holes, or other malformation of the surface and/or image of the artwork. Damage does not include textural elements within the medium that the artwork is made with. No refunds will be issued for murals, faux finishes, or other permanent art fixtures.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Name, phone, and email contact information collected through contact forms on this website will be used only for customer service purposes, and will never be used for marketing.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
