Landscape Painting Learning Targets
The purpose of the Landscape Painting sessions is to understand how to create the illusion of three-dimensional space on a flat canvas. Each session will focus on a different style of scenery and lighting. Pick your favorite, or join us for all 4 sessions to gain a more complete understanding of how to paint with depth. These classes are OPEN TO ALL AGES. You’re never to young or old to start learning about art.
The cost of each session is $25 for a two-hour class. Register for all four sessions, and get 10% off!

Newquii Studios will provide all of the necessary supplies, to include acrylic paints, brushes, palettes, etc. NOTE – Acrylic paints are NOT washable after they dry. Wear old clothes that you don’t mind getting permanent paint on. As references, students in the Landscape Painting courses will use photographs and imagination. If you wish, you may also choose to bring your own supplies and/or photographs in addition to those provided.
A maximum of 20 students will be allowed per session. If that threshold is met, we will consider offering the same classes again later in the summer.
